    • Learner and Client Safety:
      • Ensure all eLearning platforms are user-friendly and secure.
      • Provide clear guidance on the safe use of online platforms.
      • Protect learners and clients from cyberbullying, harassment, or misuse of digital tools.
    • Data Security and Privacy:
      • Comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 to ensure the secure handling of personal data.
      • Provide regular training for employees on data protection policies.
      • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
    • Training and Awareness:
      • Provide training on the safe use of digital platforms and systems.
      • Educate employees, learners, and clients on digital security best practices.
